Unit Title: Which telescope is best for observing space phenomena? Brief Overview of enhancements: Students will research provided text, to determine which of the given telescopes is best for the space phenomena they have been provided.
This lesson is meant to be taught between the Energy and Earth and Space Units. It is assumed that students will have prior knowledge regarding the types of energy and how energy can be transferred and transformed. It is also suggested that teachers include a few introductory lessons on radiant energy, specifically the electromagnetic spectrum, before beginning this activity.
